RE-PATTERNING STORY


I remember when I was finding comfort in having more space in my schedule.

Saying no to friends, clients, and other amazing offers.

I had to find extreme comfort in holding myself to do *only* what was in *fierce alignment.*

…a little thankful that I no longer had a busy business to manage when the gyms first shutdown.

It was a good time to get EXTRA clear. Down-regulate to new levels of comfort.

Being a very Type A, Extroverted, Pitta energy, overachiever…

The voices in my head were l o u d.

So I stretched.

I got into my body.

I chose me even if I had to kick and scream about how I could be serving.

I connected with my Menstrual Cycle as I knew it was time to reclaim my feminine body.

I started doing few pull-ups daily & the necessary conditioning to keep my strength & energy circulating. (More on this later).

That 2 years of discomfort was the best.

As I kicked and screamed a lot, I also held myself through it, dearmoured a lot of old narratives, and had an amazing led group of women who were peeling back their own layers while we pivoted our businesses, and lives.

There is comfort in new ways - when we step into them intentionally.

What changes make you feel uncomfortable?

What commitments?

How can you make them feel more comfortable?

There is never the perfect path.

In my experience, the best lessons always come with the highest cost.
