The Best Way for Women to Heal Their Body (Part 2: Personal Tips)

Good day, Health Conscious Queens!

In Part 1, we dove into the fact that healing any pain or discourse that is present for you right now - is a journey… not an overnight process. There are 4 stages. Please see ‘The Best Way for Women To Heal Their Bodies Part 1.’

PREFACE

When we can understand Biology, the Nervous System, the Fascial system, the HPA-T Axis (Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal Thyroid Axis(, the Estrogen effect, Ancient Feminine wisdom, and current Female science - we can start to shed old narratives and replace them with new, powerful intentions.

INTRO

What I gathered during my quest of learning about Womb Wisdom and body intuition, is that when the feminine experiences physical pain - the best way is re-connecting with her body.

The act of directing attention inward, allows the body to perceive safety, Rest and Digest (Parasympathetic mode), Beta brain waves, spaciousness in thoughts.

This state, is when the body heals itself. This is more powerful than any juice cleanse, or fitness program as it aligns with what Biology requires.

In Part 1, I mentioned some tips to help you drop in to being present with your body such as using temperatures, oils, scents, and massagers.

Those are mainstay rituals in my personal day-to-day, as they bring my feminine - YIN to life, while allowing my masculine energy - YANG to decompress.

Cue: Re-patterning that YIN is SAFE.

See when a feminine is in her masculine energy for long-periods, it is energetically draining for her body and her Central Nervous System.

To further deepen your connection with your feminine energy and feminine body…

Here are some ideas, and some of the things I did along my journey of connecting with my body & body intuition.

Journey to establish new Neurological patterning:

  1. Healed gut & digestive system Key in weight loss and fitness goals..

  2. Started mindfully breathing  throughout the day

  3. Re-educated on Women’s Health & the hormones

Next phases:

  1. Mindful stretching, almost daily

  2. Moisturizing. Feeling hands on knees, legs, thighs, hips, belly, butt, etc. Noticing any scars, and battle wounds, hehe.

  3. Body scans & progressive relaxation breathing techniques.

Followed by:

  1. Tracking and connecting with menstrual cycle.

  2. Getting in-tune with actual energy levels. This guided me toward create space in my schedule.

  3. Healing and clearing the energy and numbness of cervix. A numb cervix is the workings of western society norms and cultural beliefs.

Ongoing work:

  1. Aligning rituals.

  2.  Working from a place of service, intuition, and space holding. Circulate feminine energy / yin wisdom.

  3. Deep core & Pelvic floor work

  4. Hip mobility & breaking through lifelong barriers

In closing of Part 2 of 2.

As always, my goal is to help you understand your body and how to heal. If you even got one little juicy tid bit from this, excellent. If it still feels woo woo, that is completely normal as it is out of your realm of conditioning. The body is self healer and as much as we want to make everything sexy, fun, and easy - it’s a time in civilization where you get to rewrite new stories.

New stories translate into practices that help ignite your energy vs. drain your energy.

It’s not an easy path to walk alone, so if you’re ready to make some shifts in your movement practice, your nutrition, your mindset - please do reach out.

These are some lovely areas I support women with during online sessions.

The online women’s health and fitness coaching provides education, tools, and high lievels of accountability which are the groundwork for the feminine to heal while she ascends to her next highest vision.
