Does avoiding COFFEE help heal your Adrenals?
Good news - if your coffee brings you immense joy - keep your coffee on rotation, and make more impactful shifts like these.
As your body’s Adrenals start to sense safety and calmness they are given a break to relax.
When the HPA-T Axis (Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal Thyroid) decreases its activity - this is when and how you body can resume its natural function.
(Just coffee alone will help slightly but in my experience, it is not enough to restore the Adrenals)
